Definition:

1. Client : The entity engaging Harmony Fashion House for services.
2. Manufacturer : Harmony Fashion House, the entity providing the services.
3. Order (Sample and Production) : The entity providing the services

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 24 pieces each style , which can be mixed across 3 different color. Also we will add 30% extra from total amount if the orders less than 24 pcs.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

• Quotation : Prices provided in quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Production Payment : 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping.
• Sample Price : For each piece of sample would be charge 2 x production price.
• Payment Method : Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Production Lead Time:

• Production Process : Standard production lead time is 4-8 weeks from the date of deposit receipt and depend on subject to availability and slot each month will be discussed in advance.
• Rush Orders : Expedited services are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Quality Assurance and Standard

• Each piece in production will be inspected based on measurement table on sample approved

Intellectual Property

• All designs provided by the client remain the client’s intellectual property. Harmony Fashion House will not use or reproduce these designs without explicit permission.
• All samples are belongs to client with master pattern not included. Client may request to take the pattern by buy the pattern separatedly.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning all proprietary and confidential information exchanged.

Cancelation and Returns:

1. Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. The deposit is non-refundable.
2. Returns are accepted only for defective products, within 14 days of delivery. Clients must provide proof of defects and the product is not been used yet.

Force Majeure

Harmony Fashion House is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesian. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
