Cut Make Trim

The CMT process is a streamlined approach in fashion production that focuses on three essential stages: Cut, Make, and Trim. It's a method that ensures efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while bringing your design to life. Here’s how each stage works, with an emphasis on the customer's input:

Cut

In this stage, the fabric provided by the customer is carefully cut based on the approved patterns and measurements. Precision is key to ensure that each fabric piece aligns perfectly with the design specifications. The customer plays a crucial role by selecting the fabric they envision for the garment, and we bring that vision to life with exacting detail.

Make

This is where the garment begins to take shape. The cut pieces are sewn together, forming the core structure of the garment. Our experienced seamstresses work with great attention to detail to ensure each stitch is flawless and consistent. During this stage, the garment starts to reflect the customer's vision, combining their chosen fabric with expert craftsmanship.

Trim

The final step involves adding the finishing touches—trims, labels, buttons, zippers, and other design details. Here, the customer also provides us with the desired trims, which could include anything from decorative elements to functional parts of the garment. These details are what truly bring the garment to life, ensuring it matches the customer’s aesthetic and functional requirements.

Freight on Board

The CMT process allows customers to fully customize their garment by providing the fabric and trims of their choice. By working together, we ensure that each piece is made to their exact specifications, ensuring quality, fit, and design are perfectly aligned with your vision.
